Absolutely love (not) how now they charge a debit / credit card user extra every month, I have to put my banking information in pay my bill then delete it. thx consumers. And the app of course is trash because if you need to actually look at anything about your account it drags you to the website anyway. I don't know who's corporate idea it was but you wasted money and time.

Glad I can pay my bill by using the app every month instead of it being paid automatically like it used to be before Consumers Energy took away the ability to pay automatically via credit card. I don't want banking details saved in another site that doesn't need them and could put a bank account at risk in a data breach instead of just an easily replaced card. 3 stars for the "convenience" to pay quickly by app. -2 stars that I can't autopay by credit now, and for the additional fee also.

Us consumer energy users can no longer pay over the phone w/out being charged so I downloaded the app (honesty I was a little irritated that I had to do that-at first) and set up an account. I just made my first payment on it and it was super quick and easy. Way better than doing it on the phone, plus it's free. If you haven't already, get the app!👍😽

The app is clean intuitive, and it does exactly what's needed & the features you want most at any given point are easy to find & use. It can be easy to get carried away with so many bells & whistles that things get messy and hard to navigate - this app team has avoided all those pitfalls. Previously, my only complaint was a little glitchiness, and it often lagged quite a bit. *But the latest update seems to have resolved these. I'd say this version is on point! Well done.

super easy layout to navigate. no extra stuff I don't care to see. my bill is right there, with optional ways to pay. that's all I need. it also has options for getting on payment plans, paperless billing and more....without having to speak on the phone to an agent. that alone makes it five stars for me. I despise using phones for calling. seriously. if we don't have to talk and can use an app to handle our affairs, I'm all in.

I've downloaded the Android app to 2 devices; when I try to log in (using the same credentials that are successful via the website) I get a message that says, "Whoops, looks like something went wrong. We failed to retrieve your account information. Please try again." So I try again, and get the same response. I did reset my password via the website as well; don't know if that's a factor, but the same creds are being used across all devices. Hope you can help! (Sorry for the 1 star rating; happy to change that when I can actually see the app work!) :-) UPDATE: CE acknowledged the issue, and sent an update when it was up and running again. Appreciate it!
