I don't know if the updates are client requests or your own "improvements" but the fraud detection is getting ahead of your app's reliability. It used to be very consistent but now 4/5 punch attempts fails. I got a new phone specifically because of this, hoping a better cam would improve the reliability. Employers - I suggest hiring people you trust to work the hours they submit. Cloudapper - if we can't punch on the first try 75% of the time your development approach needs to be rethought.

Every update makes it harder and harder to clock in. Half the time its pending you it fails to clock in or out, the other half it takes multiple attempts to find the work place in standing directly in with full bars and 5g or 4g lte data. Causes a lot of mispunches and we are already consider going back too and regretted leaving paycom. I used adp in 2015 and it was a more accurate and fast system. 2021 its like you all went backwards. I rather swap the years but we cant so back to paycom.

Can we space out the clock in/out buttons?? Why is there 90% unused space on the page with liiiittle tiny buttons. Please fix this. It could cost me my job.

There can't be an app with more issues than this one. If you're relying on this get to work early because it takes FOREVER to record your punch and you'll definitely have mispunches!

Amazing platform! The Apps which are all immediately available are fantastic and just plug-and-play for your business or industry. They can also easily be customized if needed as well which is great. Working from my mobile is now actually possible and the new version has some excellent features. I would definitely recommend.
