Slightly disappointed that the playback function does not seem to work. I get a movement detection notification and when I go to find it it's not there?! Not totally impressed.

I love this app. Works flawlessly. The only challange i have is that the recording plays only for 20secs. Plz anyway of increasing the recording time longer? Plz i need a reply great developer.

I have tried many times to connect my doorbell cam to the app on my phone with no success. I have emailed support as well. Money wasted. It worked great on the tuya app until it was no longer supported and now this???? This is horrible. I'm so sorry I recommended it to others.

The tuya video doorbell app was nothing special, but it worked, then they dropped service and cloudviewer x took over, I don't understand why, it never worked from day 1 and it doesn't seem they care to make it work, ah well I'll just use it as a doorbell until someone gets there act together..... maybe.

I bought 2 battery powered tuya cameras to use with all my other tuya devices. When I setup the cameras in the tuya app I was prompted that the tuya app no longer supported the cameras I bought and I needed to use the cloud viewer x. 1. Not supported by alexa or Google home and 2. ANOTHER APP. WHEN will this be added back to the tuya app?
