Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iQueue on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

iQueue is an intelligent queue management system which is highly recommended if your business has queue's( e.g. banks, doctors, salons). It help's you to automate the appointment/walk-in system. It works with the iQueue Client application. Business provider require iQueue and there clients require iQueue Client application.

Business Provider can create there profile in this application very easily. Contact number is the primary field which is required to create their profile and will be used by clients to add Business provider to their iQueue Client application. They can provide business name, business address which is mandatory, operational days, open and close time etc. Once profile is created they can view there client appointments, accept/reject client appointments. They can add an appointment or walk-in by themselves in the application for the ease. If the client does not have iQueue Client application Business provider can choose to send SMS update regarding appointment details.

The iQueue Client application is required by the clients to add there business providers by using there contact number or from web view which is also available in the client application. Clients can take an appointment or walk-in through the application.
