This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Public Speaker Outline with Timer on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

A re-issue of the popular JW Outline talk editor, updated for use on Android through ver. 8 (Oreo)

Intended for preparation, practice and delivery of public talks, TMS and Service Meeting parts. A digital talk timer can be set from 1 to 99 minutes and changes color when time is running out.
An included editor allows you to write in paragraph or outline style, with each subheading listed in large menu links at the left side of the tablet's screen. When a subheading is selected, it's respective material appears in the main talk window, in a manner similar to using index cards for talk sections.
There are some simple formatting rules to use when creating and editing a talk outline, such as typing an enter/return twice to start a new subheading.
