Two stars only because the title is misleading. One would think that 200 sit-ups means doing 200 consecutive sit-ups not 8 sets of 25. After 10 weeks you can show your friends that you can do 200 sit-ups as long as they wait for you to take seven breaks in between.

I bought the full version for a small fee, alongside the push up and squat apps, and so far I've had a great experience. Please make a stationary bicycle app!

Used this along with the 21k runner, push ups and squat app that they sold as a pack one time before to enhance my training for an ultra half marathon. I never ran a race before that and I was out of shape. It got me there and worked wonders! Recomend starting with 10k if you are out of shape or havent worked out in a while. It's set up in intervals helping you build your respiratory endurance. Highly recommend.

That was a great way to get to where you want to be! I started running with the 10k app and downloaded the situp, pushup, squat app and I've never felt better.

Excellent concept, but should have read the comments, charges after first week. I've actually been having issues with my full free 0 to 5K app and am afraid to reinstall or it might start charging me for it. I understand the need for finance to create the apps but isn't that the point of the ads. Or maybe there should be multi app purchase discounts.

I like that the app has warm-up and cool down feature. Adequate rest time. Puts variety in number of reps per set each day. Still early days before seeing results
