This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cleanmate on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Losts forbidden zones (and all other settings), seems like the robot is resetted. Have to install the robot from scratch again! Very frustating...

I used the customer service number listed in the app today. They picked up after a while, barely spoken english and were confused as to why am I calling them. They gave me a new number which never picked up. On the same note they never reply to service tickets - been waiting for almost a month now. I understand this is only remotely connected to the app but it is part of the overall experience which at this time is terrible.

Would be nice if i could choose different cleaning mode on time schedule. Intense on monday, random on tuesday and so on.

My Cleanmate S 950 wifi network is called "Coayu.Robot_". The Cleanmate app does not recognize it and refuses to connect to it.
