It seems to work but keeps crashing and I can't view call log...have already reinstalled 3x!

This the first app that let me block outgoing intenational calls without a network barring code. I have tried many with no luck but this one did the job. Well done!

Manage your phone calls.
The application is used to block unwanted incoming and outgoing calls.

It is simple to use, there is a clear menu, which is divided into several parts.
It does not occupy much space in the memory and consumes no energy from the battery of your device.

You can set up your own blacklist.
You can block any caller from the phone book, from the list of incoming and outgoing calls, predefined numbers and from combinations of personal numbers.
You can choose from several options of blocking calls, including blocking, about which you will not even be informed. But no need to worry that you will miss any of the blocked calls - all calls are recorded in an internal call list, including detailed information.
