The app rarely wants to open. I constantly just get the endless spinning wheel and I eventually just give up. In addition to not being able to access the app I can't even access the city website. Chrome won't let me because they say it's not secure and it's been this way for months.

Very useful for citizens of West Covina. Whenever I have reported various issues I have gotten a quick response. The app is a little buggy at times; sometimes it freezes or takes a long time to load. Overall good app to use if you visit or live in WC.
