Good sounding board to City support. I have used it to contact the City of Yuba City for several issues. They always respond within a day or two and in the case of cars routinely speeding in our neighborhood, YCPD started speed enforcement the next day.

You may live in the boundaries of yuba county folks, such as Marysville or olivehurst but you don't matter. Seems yuba county only wishes to take care of yuba city.
