This app gets things done with the city - report graffiti, pick up trash, repair potholes. Not fully developed yet - for example, users should be able to see menu options before snapping a photo. Still, very helpful.

Programmers need to set it to use e911 location, rather than requiring consumer side GPS on wasting battery. Need to disclose character limit. Need to allow manual address. Need to allow editing after sending incorrectly to San Bernardino Natl forest due 2 GPS being off. Need to allow more than 1 comment. Need to enable thumbs down as well as thumbs up. Definitely "half fast."
