The app is organized in a really unintuitive way (why do you have to go to "Make A Request" to find requests you've already made?) and it doesn't seem like it's getting checked very often. Not only do months go by without reported issues being addressed, there's no response to attempts to follow up through the app, and I have to end up calling the village anyway. Might as well, just save my time and call them in the first place.

it would be so nice if skokie was more accessable. Theyre on facebook but you have to have an account to access it, and everyone isn't on FB. most of the links on the village Web page don't work, go to error pages or insist you download the app. if you decline you go back to square 1. everyone isn't on a new smartphone, has unlimited data, can see tiny print, wants to make an account just to get village info. the old site was better. everyone should have access easily
