It's nice to be able to submit service requests but I can never get photos from my requests or others to show up after I've submitted. Nor can you see others photos from their requests. Good start on the app but needs more work...

When trying to report exact location of potholes, put in any address on Harkey Rd, map goes to 15031 Harkey Rd, Pearland, TX. For example, 2926 or 2900 Harkey Rd. 3015 Harkey Rd changes to 6024 Fite Rd. So, instead of typing in the address, I tap the map to drop the marker on the spot, which it does, however the address indicated is wrong. Drop marker on the middle of Harkey just north of Bardet, says the address is 2731 W Oaks Cir E, Pearland. Can't even "Report A Bug" on the app it's so buggy!

This app no longer works. Almost sorry I agreed to comment on it for C. o. P. youtube channel. Fails to send. Working better now. 072415

I gave used the app 2 times. Each time I have attempted to submit a report it has taken more than one attempt. Today, after 3 tries I got the message the report was received. When I go be to view my reports, I am told I do not have any.
