The ability to click on the GPS to get an exact location of the problem doesn't work anymore after the new upgrade rendering this app worthless

Looks like the took off the map so you could see all the other reports the city isn't taking action on. My last report of a playground (sand area) being covered in sand burrs only took 7 weeks to treat. Thanks City of Omaha!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The latest update makes this app virtually impossible to use on my galaxy s7. First now I need to put in the location where before it would know my location via gps. Then submitting the request either takes forever, it reports back that it could not submit the request at this time. The field boxes are very small and it you need to type a description, do not count on being able to see more that the last few words.
