Got an error saying "Could not create request" after putting in all of the information. Edit: It turns out it actually created the request. But it did it twice because I tried twice due to that error message.

Open app. Create request. Browse picture if u have one. Select 2 drop down boxes. Quick description. Sumbit. Amazing app and even better turn around time by town repairing pot holes. Thanks!
