I am grateful that the City of Mesa has this app. It is easy to report violations when I see them with a picture. The graffiti removal response is within one day. I love knowing that I am helping my city.

I think every city should have this type of app. It helps passionate citizens who care become engaged with their community/city in a modernized way. With the option to remain anonymous when submitting a request. Wouldn't hurt to just install it to see what its about.
