This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing E-Citizen on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. It won't let me submit a report type. There is a broken pipe at harada park by the dog park from one of the JCSD trucks running over water line

After app update I can no longer put in a request. It would stop after I choose location. Request Type is all blank. 😕
