The app use to allow many options for reporting violations, now it's only defaulting to animal services and all other options are gone. Generic responses are generated as if your concerns are being addressed and then the ticket is closed without your concerns corrected.

This app gives a generic response that says call animal control. I thought the purpose of the app was for me to submit a complaint so that I wouldn't have to call.

The app works well but the response time from Fulton County remains lacking. I actually just received four reports closed after being open for four months. It's a sad reminder of how our government works or in this case doesn't. At least the app allows us to track our concerns.

This app constantly gets hung up. It's slow and takes a long time to upload information. Using a Samsung Note so the problem is not on my end.

This app doesn't do much of what it claims. The only report type that can be made is "Animal Services". There is no way to report pot holes, illegal dumping, etc, etc. as stated in the description. I tried to submit a bug report through the app, but that doesn't work either! This app isn't ready for prime time. UPDATE:the bug submission works, but doesn't appear to from the app. It errors out, but does actually get sent.

This should be amazing. Instead the app doesn't work. Only report type is "animal services" and trying to send a comment to the developers just gives an undefined error. Did the city pay for this????
