App is OK, it's the typical do nothing about the problem by the city of CC that makes makes this app pretty much useless. You can tell when you hit a nerve with the city, THEY TYPE IN CAPS. I made a request 17 weeks ago and the situation is still there even though the status has been closed by the city.

Easy to use but picture quality is poor. Also, reports/requests do not get completed. The app says submitted and referred to dept. But nothing gets done. Seems useless if it's not doing its job.
