This app is horrible. Why do I have to input all of my contact information and details every time I create a ticket. The old app remembered who I was and I didn't have to do this. I cannot see the fields as I'm typing because the keyboard over powers the fields. This needs to be fixed. The old app worked just fine not sure why you needed to change it. When I search for service request it shows there is nothing if I'm not in the immediate area. The old app had all the service request in the city and I could click on whichever one I was interested in viewing. This absolutely sucks!

Much worse than the previously available app. No way to use existing photos. Descriptions of code violations and compliance are no longer available. Verbage is confusing. There aren't any nearby requests despite a supposed migration of old requests. App is slower.
