I no longer receive notifications even though I have alerts on.

Needs work, 311 requests do not work, they used to. Now app crashes when trying to use requests. Please update this app. Other info is very helpful and useful. After unistall and reinstalled, 311 requests work.

I too cant get into requests to submit. It sucks!

The new (version 1.2) app is broken. I can't open the 311 Requests section, as it crashes when I try. I also can't submit feedback as it says "unable to submit feedback". On my wife's phone we can open the 311 Requests section, but get "submission failed".
