This app serves it's purpose, but lacks an easy to use interface. It is in dire need of an update and is very clunky to navigate around. It would be helpful to include a read receipt on tips and to show sent pictures in the chat so you are aware it has gone through or not. The crime map hardly works and is not by any means phone compatible. In all, a great app, but needs a large update to be truly helpful/useful.
