I'm missing a very important option: a resource to create a database of clients. Every day when you type the same clients visited during the week it is like the first time. The app doesn't know or learn itself. You can't import the library of clients created on Google Maps, for example. I know you can share them, but it takes much more time when you have a long list (forget spreadsheet!). If the app has a personal library where you can select places known for the route, it could be excellent.

I've used the normal circuit app for a few years got more driver and decided to give the team version a try. No 👎 complication the prosses makes planing enefficant. Adding more time a diver has to be at a stop fiddling with the app just to start the next stop. We will sick woth the individual circuit app this one waste more time then it saves. And suffer with the 10 stop limits witch is bogus btw

Good app. I'm sure its good for generic delivery services. I have a fleet of ice cream trucks and I need path driven routing more than stop driven. I'm still trying to find a way to make it work for me because, like I said, it IS a good app for the most part. I just need to add 300 stops to fully cover 60 streets. The admin dashboard needs A LOT more control and features but the driver end is SUPER simple. Support needs A LOT of work, but it is a pandemic so they get a pass on that one.

Terrific sevice for small businesses that need to manage drivers on delivery routes. Easy to use for our drivers, and powerful dispatch console for management. We can see where all our trucks are at a glance, and usually field customer questions without needing to call the driver. Automatic ETA text and email to customers has drastically reduced customer calls to dispatch. Well worth it!

Clunky interface. Immediately wants $80 for 2 drivers with no option for 1 driver. Slow customer support. If you are looking to frustrate yourself while you try to figure out if the product is something that will work for you, then this is the app for you! Do you like hitting a paywall before you know the products is going to work? How bout 14 day free trials that you can't refresh with a new email address? Smarten up.

useful for saving time but not sure yet if the subscription is worth the cost because it sends incorrect info to recipient if it even sends anything at all... also wish I had the option to edit the message clients receive. The import also needs more fields available, like what the order is would be useful!!!!
