getting worse, I've already rate this app about the ui, now the service getting worse about the network, used to be 4g before but now only H+, dont talk about my device, already been tested on another device but still same, your costumer service? not even help at all instead just give an advice to wait for a week while the issue wasn't resolved at all. 1 more about your customer service why u need the information which requires hard way to fill your data with such burdening format, farewell

It's good, but can developer and provider give more optional data packages? Like under IDR 50.000, no problem if the data only under the standard in the apps

Apps UI is bad particularly on customer service section, many of word suddenly deleted especially if contains numbers, even we can't scroll the chat we typed earlier. Plus the package renewal on app is very limited. There are 3 renewal package only, no package such as power go, power max, etc anymore like first time buying package

Please add all detail for the quota information, and somehow super roam add on for traveling abroad is inactive..

It cannot give us information about how much main quota and how much add-on quota remain. Only show total quota, ugghhh. They haven't improve the apps since the beginning (1 year already). Only say that they will soon get this fixed but never did.

Please add option to see the detail of my plan. Update: Until now this feature not implemented even lot of people say the same. Also the speed really unstable, in day time it only max 200KB/s!!. It only work at night. Garbage connection
