Ok, initially I was excited to have 100 gb of data at 30 AUD but the experience has been sub-par since. 1) You cannot change the plan. They dont have the provision for it. 2) I have never seen 4g crash as often as Circles. It just stops working. I have to turn airplane mode on and off again multiple times a day. 3) Their billing cycle is really confusing.

Quite frankly from my perspective, this service provider is damn near a scam. I'm not receiving text messages, have to send all messages twice, and barely get reception in places i used to. I've tried to address these complaints to the company, but heres the kicker: I cant get in contact with them. After a fortnight the app still claims that my number is in the process of being ported, every time I went to the live chat on their website, it would tell me im outside of the trading hours listed (every time, i absolutely wasnt), and my emails havent been responded to. I've now passed my complaint to the telecommunications ombudsman.

Just made the switch. Found it hard to install the app with mobile data switched on - kept stalling despite being in a metro area - so switched to Wi-Fi. Hopefully that's not an issue long term! App has most of the bells and whistles. But I was surprised it didn't come with a data usage widget. Would be a great value add.

I love Circles. Fantastic deal, great reception in my area plus an awesome and easy to use app. The lady I spoke to when I first joined was super nice and helpful. I very highly recommend.

App crashed after submitting an email. And Iver just reinstated the app but there is nowhere to change my plan as recommended by your help desk. Funny thing is the screen shown for this in the help section doesn't exist in the app!
