The app quickly tells you what you need to know (data remaining, call mins reminding etc) and makes it a breeze to get temp upgrades like overseas data, but what really grates me is the constant marketing messages over push notifications, especially the one where it tries to get ppl to sign up for their "unlimited" data (without telling them the price in the msg, makes ppl think it's free) — I get that one every 2 days or so, via email, via push; it's incredibly annoying. Stop it please.

One of those mobile phone apps that is absolutely useless. Won't even let me sign up. Happens a lot in SE Asia / Pacific region. In the UK, we have apps that provide clear, basic info quickly (data remaining, voice mins used etc) . In this region, apps don't work, including this one. Or, even if they do, they're full of cinema tix / crammed full of advertising. I still don't know my data, calls remaining after 1hr of trying to sign up. Glitch after glitch. The developers are pathetic. Deleted.

Experiencing too many dead spots location, this wasn't previously experienced but now it is worst, entering a building no internet which I have to restart my phone get close near to window, while travelling in train subways boom it got disconnected, went to a hawker across the street, no signal. Other features from the Circle.life app i'm ok, but the internet connection is quite troublesome especially when you need it.

The service is not good at all. Seems like the system for roaming has crashed. Have contact dor help by Live Chat, have emailed, and left a vocie note. The vocie note auto replied that it will call back 2 to 3 working days. It's been 2 months, but there has been no reply. No staff wants to help, and there is no update on the system. The staff have asked me to contact them through FB messenger, but I do not have it. Why a 3rd party account to talk to Customer Service. Don't understand at all.

Circles.Life was good service, but as time goes its became lacking of speed & coverage areas. At times, there is no signal when travelling in the bus or mrt. Voice call or video call just dropped like that. Other side party will think I deliberately dropped the call? Very stress & disappointing as you calling in Singapore, where Telco is fast & efficient in every corner of Singapore. So please look into this problem or issue?

The app suddenly became incompatible with my phone. I wanted to set my roaming settings but the options were nowhere to be found and instead it launched to a FAQ article. Helpdesk advised to clear cache in the app settings but this setting is also nowhere to be found. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didnt help bring back these settings either. :( I was being charged PAYG while subscribed under SuperRoam Asia. I still have around 19GB left. Truly ridiculous!
