Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Motivator CRM on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

The Motivator CRM app provides loan originators a simplified version of our outstanding mortgage CRM and digital marketing solution. From following up on leads to assigning the appropriate marketing campaigns to nurture sales, our system is designed to allow you to enjoy the benefits of Motivator on the go. This product is currently available only for employees of Fairway Independent Mortgage.

New features

Add/Remove yourself from the Receives Lead role.
Option to show/hide messages from yourself in the chat screen.
View co-borrower email addresses and phone numbers on the Contact screen.
You can now add the co-borrower on an email using the new "Include Co-Borrower" checkbox.
On the loan tab, tap on an agent's email address to communicate with them directly.
Contact owner is now a search option on the Contact Finder screen.
Contact owner and types can now be changed on the Edit Contact screen.
