The individual tools should probably have filtering set up so they don't install on devices that don't have the correct sensors. (uses-feature for android.hardware.sensor.gyroscope here)

About this app

This app measures the inclination of the mobile device in three axes (azimuth/yaw, pitch, and roll).

Orientation can be useful when measuring angles of incline of flat surfaces (as in friction experiments or in estimating the vectors components of an object on an incline). The app can also be used as a sextant by measuring the angle of the line of site to a distant object. A protractor view for use as a sextant will be implemented in a future update.
