I have never seen someone explain nutrition so perfectly as Christmas, she is down to earth and explains things so I can understand the relationship food has to our bodies. I just stared this program after eyeballing it for months. I wasted alot of money on other programs that made me feel overwhelmed ,not at all educated. This is by far THE BEST investment for your money and future for your body not only by the way it looks but how it feels.Christmas is dedicated to our success. Very pleased

I absolutely love this app!!! I've been using it to work out since it went live at the start of summer, and I've never had any issues. I use the app both on my phone and on my Amazon Fire Stick. The workouts are great and can all be done inside your own home, even if you're crunched for time! Also included in the app are videos detailing Christmas's nutrition program (which I have followed and has helped me to see AWESOME results) and some cooking videos, which are cool, too. LOVE THIS APP!!!

Wanted to use this app to lose weight but once I opened it, it was just a video of an ugly ass woman with over inflated lips screaming a bunch of racist nonsense, then a second video of the same woman running over a pregnant woman with her car. At first I was confused but then I realized that this is all just part of the Christmas Abbott brand.
