Simple. Good now I can see data moving in real-time. Well, near real-time, the update rate is a few seconds. EDIT - went with NetSpeed Indicator by Nisag Yhaveri, has better updating priority.

Return back to version 1.1, because new version stoped working after several minutes and i already allow draw over apps. Version 3.3 have same problem too

Internet Traffic Indicator shows your current download and upload speed to the status bar as an icon and provides details about them on the notification drawer including a graph.

Internet Traffic Indicator gives you the option to start automatically right after your device boots. It does not collect or store any unnecessary data that can be found anyway in system settings.

New floating indicator overlay, so you can monitor internet speed anywhere on the screen. The indicator can be dragged and placed on the desired position or can can be hidden. The background color and the indicator color can be changed according to user's preference.

The memory impact is very low. Approximately 4MB of ram are used in average and never wakes your device from deep sleep. The code is optimized so the battery impact is very very low and unnoticeable.
