This App is horrible, it keeps crashing???? How are we suppose to do business like this?

App keeps crashing on s9+ , there is no add to Google calendar for customer work orders, need to be able to view policy right from the app to make sure items are covered or not, once a diagnosis has been approved the ticket gets moved to completed when it does that you cannot setup a repair appointment and not option to click 'on the way'. I send feedback though the app with no responses, I contact my RSM about issues which go to deaf ears..
