Have not been able to get live feed on camera in months. Contacted support and they took over camera twice and still haven't fixed it. Very disappointed.

Updating previous post. Soon as support got wind of my issue, they were on it. Turns out my Pixel XL would not connect due to change in Android 8.0 there guys did what it took, pushed out an update and Wallah now it works. Kudos to that.

Any idea how to make live feed work? I've lowered all the quality and buffer settings to where it says it should improve connections. However I've still not been able to have the live feed work. It is a check in camera turned on and has 5 out of 5 Bars for wifi. I have excellent Internet and the powerful router/modem is 2 feet away from it. Any ideas what to do so I can make the live feed work?
