This app worked well for a few weeks. It shows a blank white screen now and doesn't open the app. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I want to connect with my diffuser. The only reason there is 500+ downloads is because we have to keep uninstalling and downloading it again every day. Are you ever going to fix this?

Since installing this app I've gone through 2 diffusers. While it's running the safety shutoff doesn't appear to work. I set the timer for 2 hours, for safety, and the diffuser continues to run. Until it's out of water and completely dry. I'm going to see if I can get a new diffuser through a warranty as Ireceived my original for Christmas 2018.

my Aroma Source app stopped connecting to my diffuser after 20 days. no phone will connect. I tried to delete the app and start over. It is a pointless feature to have if the app won't work. I got mine as a gift and I got one for a friend as a gift and her bluetooth stopped working on it after 2 weeks. very disappointing.

Stopped working after a month or so just like it did for everyone else. Also that 5 star review is either a glitch or the app developer cheating the system, there is one 2 star review and the rest are deservedly one star. This is quite sad considering how well product tends to work asides from this issue along with the occasional issue of the device itself turning on instead of lighting up when pressing the light button.

It's great when it works properly, but I cannot play media. I really want to hear my music and smell some good scents at the same time. The dual functionality was the biggest attraction and now it doesn't work. 😧

The screen is just white. I have to uninstall and reinstall it in order to use my phone for the diffuser feature. Please fix this bug!
