Sounded like a very helpful app to have but as soon as I try to accept the agreement it shuts down what a hugh let down someone needs I.T support or a team of IT gurus to get this back up and going.

does not allow any type of data entry any longer. you can only select refrigerant type and lets you do nothing else. this sad. i have used this app for a few years and had worked great until a few months ago.

I've used this app for about 3 years or so and it's been fine this whole time but I try to use it today and none of the keypad buttons are working it wo t do anything I uninstalled it and installed again even downloaded another pt app to make sure it wasnt my phone and the other worked I dont know what's going on with it

Downloaded this because the Dupont app stopped working, and then I found out this one was doing the exact same thing. Been a long time user, but I guess I'll just have to download the National PT app instead.
