I was having the hardest time navigating through the webpage to change my plan and no way to follow through, so I was given a option to use Chatrs Facebook Messenger and it was the quickest and most efficient way to have my technical issues fixed. The response was immediate and very pleasant. And I highly recommzend to anyone with questions, technical issues or concerns to use Chatrs Facebook Messenger ! If I could give this 0 stars I would ina heartbeat this is the worst company/app I've ever had to deal with whether it's paying my bill keeping my account alive & in general.no matter how many times I call in to see what the problem is I cannot get into my app it's always the same issue no one writes notes about it and I'm trying to pay you guys and it should be easy I mean you want me for my money don't you and I still can't do it so this app is BS & I wouldnt re commend them to my worst enemy

I'd give no stars if I could,first I was gonna change my rating to a Better review. But after The b.s I just went through (and YES I did EVERYTHING right. It won't even let me sign in to the app, even after resetting my password. And yes, I've tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. That worked twice. Now,even though I have a valid password that I KNOW is right, it's not letting me log in to the P.O.S app. So I'd suggest some one from chatter Better e-mail me and FIX the problem

Why do not just say the issue is on Chatr's end instead of blaming customer. I got a notification from my bank that it went thru. So it was not my bank that was the issue. The transcation was cancelling on your end, not the bank. I tried the app - declined, I tried the website, declined FINALLY WORKED thru *611 and the automated system on there. What a waste of time. And it was the same card I was using for all these transactions. Very frustrating.

Yesterday I spoke to a rep who helped me with my $40 plan that I added on Friday and I got the verification saying the mins were added however they weren't. So she put me on hold then proceeded to tell me she was able to place the plan on my account and it would be activated within one hour. It's been almost 23 hrs now and still I have a Zero balance . Prior to this everyone I tried to call it would say that number was blocked from all callers. I am planning a funeral for my dad. This is urgent.

the app and website really needs serious maintenance. I don't get how chatr can have a malfunctioning app&website but still be audacious enough to charge a processing fee to call. Do better for the money people pay for services. Response : If that works I'll take my review down.
