You've put a lot of effort building this and its nice. but I need important changes before I can turn to it. 1. it disconnects in background ( NO compromise) 2. custom message option instead of one pre-saved invitation 3. new visitor sound notification for background ( it DOESN'T notify) 4. add aliases option. There're a lot of things that you can do to make it better but above mentioned 4 points are whats keeping me away from using it. tawk.to is better alternative and I hope for many others!!

It is not a great app even though the system itself seems to be promising. I think an update is needed to get rid of some of the glitches. One point would be to allow the app and the console to work at the same time. I am using this platform as a entrepreneur so I may want to do other work but still be in contact with customers and partners.

No doubt your service is better than other but main problem is your this app. This app is not work in background. This app work only opened another way show offline. I have also used tawk.to app that is work very fantastic when user entered on webpage then send notification quickly. So please review this and update your app as like need.

A nightmare - Google should not have allowed something so broken to be available for download. It constantly sends useless error messages and does not follow even basic design and interaction principles of Android. I propose the company should delete it asap and build something from scratch which actually works.
