What the hell, it kinda works, but UI doesnt save settings, and I often get some error "java.name of null" or something like that... It does take me to home screen on touch... but is not completed.

Everyone I restart my phone, or turn it on in the mornings I have to manually activate this via the app, it won't be activated once I've unlocked the screen with finger print

Could you adapt a blacklist where selected applications will make hometouch stop working? (Like 'Fingerprint - Home Button' by OneDollar, has)
