Most worthless app I've ever dealt with. Literally useless, no options to see internet useage, EVERYTHING clicked takes you to a website.. wth is the point of the app??? 0 notifications for outages. Extremely difficult to find "reboot router" option, it's like "Where's Waldo," except you never find him. We have the newest modem from you guys! *Take a page out of the Cox app & the Cox Wifi app.* REPLY: Why would I do that? These are YOUR problems, not mine. We pay enough & I'm not wasting my time

this is awful. I pay for a great plan so I can play games with my friends. just lost connection on three matches. ran a speed test, it says my connection is terrible for gaming, video streaming and video calling. getting to the speed test was slow. don't choose century link! I will be canceling this plan. the app is terrible. made me put in my card info 3 times just to decline the payment. Backed out and tried again, suddenly didn't even ask for the info and took payment no problem. total JOKE.

Always experiencing technical difficulties, so "try back later". This app is useless. The only things I have been able to do (on the rare occasion that I have been able to get into it) is pay my bill twice and read an article. I can never find the info I'm looking for. I would think that such a large company might have an IT team that could reliably maintain an app for their customers.

Paying for 10MB of speed and only getting 3MB. Then I pay my bill and it suspends my service because the payment was short 1 penny. now I have to wait 24 hours for it to be processed. In the meantime, I in order to pay the penny, I had to submit an additional payment of $5, plus s$2.50 convenience fee because of required minimums. I'm fuming right now. I live very rural and they at my only option or I'd have left years ago!

Worst customer service in existence. I hate whenever I have to call or contact CenturyLink in any way. My most recent experience required that I contact them to replace my modem due to slow wifi and connection. I was literally transferred FOUR different times. I had to repeat everything every single time. I was on the phone for over 1 hour and during that time, I was on hold for 90% of the time. It was an absolute joke. Internet connection, wired and wireless, is very unreliable. 0 of 5 stars.

Sorry, but the page you're looking for wasn't found. You may have clicked an outdated or broken link, or we may have moved or deleted the page... this is the message you'll recieve if you believe that you can do absolutely anything with this app. It is a complete waste of time. There are countless things that will be just as useful for paying your cable bill, e.g. eating a blt, chasing a chicken, shooting some h, throwing your phone at a passing car. All equally as productive.
