Century Link drives me up a wall. It is one of those cases of right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. After not being notified many times that my payment is due(this has happened several times) I requested paper billing again. Have I received a paper bill? No! I made a payment today but I have late fees and overdue payments. My internet works well but their billing process stinks.

app is useless. apparently you need your account number to register and then I go online and I log into my account and my account number is not easily found. you'd think this information would be under the option manage my account but it's not. . .the easier option, like what Comcast does, is just link your phone number to your account, makes it immensely easier to login, bc then u login with your phone number and not some unknown acct number

I don't like my info public

tech changed my network name and now i have to reprogram all my devices including security cameras i cant do because i am disabled.Did not adk before doing so and this creates an additional expense.As soon as i can get a different internet providet i am cancelling
