Worked fine months ago, was able to submit readings fine, now can't do anything started by not allowing to submit reading, now can't even log in, saying technical error, can use website fine. Sort this app out, reinstalled several times as thought app was corrupt, using a S8 phone.

Along with submit meter reading, our new update includes seamless registration and pay balance.

If you don’t already have a username and password, follow the Register link on the new app log in page or go online to www.britishgas.co.uk/business/register to register. Residential customers should download the residential British Gas app to access their home energy accounts.
