Why has this app suddenly changed to Pay as You Go? I'm not, and never have been, on Pay As You Go. I use the app to send my readings and check my bill. I downloaded the latest update and it's changed to Pay as You Go. Why? Please put it back as it was.

You've broken the app! I can no longer use the app following your update! It freezes up on a screen that says, 'new app, just for you' but does nothing more!!! I can't get this of that screen to see what behind it, so it's a big fail! Also not a 'pay as you go' customer so why convert my app to PAYG!

This app won't open. I had a perfectly good app that worked. Now I have 3 apps, 2 don't work at all and the other is just a link to the website. I can do that on my browser. Rubbish!

Terrible app. Crashes all the time, especially when submitting meter readings. Probably designed by the same idiot who created their terrible website. A perfect example of trying to make something look pretty and totally breaking functionality.

This app saved the CVV number between sessions, it has also saved for another user. This is a bad security issue because it allows unauthorized use of the credit or debit card !

app crashed even some payments had been taken but the app said it hadn't. I'd avoid British gas expensive much cheaper suppliers out there. customs service isn't that good only the odd person is helpful.
