This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Coirtech on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

Coirtech App for Production Traceability (coconut fiber).

In order to know the origin of the raw material and follow the elements involved in the production process until its delivery to the customer, a data collection is generated  with a production lot number in a embedded QR code (Quick Response code) with the following information:

Production lot data. General data of the lot like the date it was produced and the product (presentation) that was made; as well as the start time and end of the shift and the person on charge.

Purchase data. Related data of the purchase and the customer that requested the production order, it includes purchase order, production order and invoice data.

Raw material. It allows us to know the origin of the raw material, the supplier and the transportation unit that delivered; Also the location within the storage spaces for maturity.

Production. As for the production process we can know which inputs were used, and the employees that were involved.

Shipment. Information related of the shipment and transportation of the product to its destination; Provided by the customer.

Quality control (QA). Data and indicators reviewed by the quality department.
