the app has potential. It is actually easy to use, however, sometimes there are some sudden glitches/bugs when creating an account and cannot navigate other features. Hoping also to integrate payment system in the app.

It took time for me to finally sign up having an error of invalid account details yet I am sure my details are correct. I figured out that the account name should be typed the way it is on the bill like in my case, I have to add period on the middle initial. For example, format should be: Lastname, Firstname Middle Initial. They should have put format on the box under account name as people will have tendency to type account name the conventional way.

I downloaded this app a week before but was not able to use it right away since I'm figuring out how to sign up. Good thing I asked help on their fb account. For those who are getting error. Follow the format using ( lastname,first name). Still there are lots of things to be done on their app.

It asked me for my account number and name and then ir says not valid and asked me to look at my bill.this app made me look stupid.do i looked like one to the extent i dont know my name and account number?really now.better fix this devs.good thing I know how to read the comments just to find out how the name should be typed.what an irritating app.

Saying account is not valid. I placed the correct account number and the account name on the registration part but it wouldn't be submitted due to that error reflected. I know this app is on its baby step but I will change my rating if the registration part is fixed.
