Come on guys! Is this the after sales service you provide for your devices? Not even answer customers messages of feedback. Not functional anymore. Something happen and I can't share my data anymore. I tired to contact the developer but haven't had any feedback from them. I don't need the app to play piano for me. I need it to share data but it doesn't do its basic job which randers it totally useless.

Works very well with RS388 clamp meter. First attempt was a download of 48hrs load monitoring. OK it was slow to transfer the file but all was received properly displayed. Connection to 2 different Samsung phones is easy and working on both. Considering price of clamp meter (£130 +vat) I am very happy and even gave feedback to my RS Components account tech manager! Good app for this meter model. Works seamlessly. Thanks Mark G.

If I try to send the file on email it doesn't attach anything. Just an error

Almost usable on QM1578 multimeter bought new today App crashed mostly. The meter timed out after 15 minutes but app had recording time of up to 10 hours. Value froze on app. Could not transfer any recorded data by either email or export. Often seem to loose data accidentally. Interface would fail and not come back. Bluetooth would go away and not reconnect until I restarted meter and phone. No graph scale options meant little visibility of the changes I was looking for. Currently thinking of returning meter as it does not met advertised functionality in my opinion.

It connects well but the interface cannot be scaled. I need big numbers in some cases. The interface is partly jumbled on a Samsung S10e, the digits are half obscured. Recorded data is restricted to 8 points even when it was set to 3600 points (1 hr). It's basically weird and seems extremely unfinished.

Qm 1571 meter the app will not see the meter on bluetooth scan..but meter connects to pc using usb dongle. Next to useless app!
