Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Daily Standup Scrum Timer on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Simply set the length of the meeting, enter all of the team member's names and start the meeting. The team member's names will be randomized and the next team member to speak will have their name displayed on the screen. In addition, there will be a countdown timer to keep the meeting on track.

If you need to pause the timer simply click the pause button and then resume right where you left off to continue the meeting.

If a team member finishes their standup early, just click the done button to skip ahead to the next team member to go.

Just click the skip button if you need to skip over and save a team member's update until the end of the meeting.

New features

- Add team members to the standup meeting. Entered team members will persist until removed from the team member list.
- Ability to set the duration of the standup meeting in minutes.
- Start the standup meeting by simply clicking the Start Meeting button.
- Team members are put into a random order for each standup meeting
- Ability to pause the timer.
- If a team member finishes with their update early just click the done button
- Skip an employee and save them for the end of the meeting

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
