I found it easy to use. Asks in steps to scan vin# on side door, take pic of odometer, then 4 pics, front left and right, and rear left and right. There's an outline of a car on screen for you to line it up. It also asks you to take a 30 second video of the damage. And 3 more pics of center of damage and right and left angle of damage. Before SUBMIT you get to review the pictures and video and delete and retake them if you're not satisfied. If you have a bad experience it's probably your phone.

Experience was ok the problem I had, I couldn't leave a commit or explain certain pictures. Also there was two reasons why I only gave it a three star rating... 1. The app would not allow me to select multiple damages. Because my truck substain front and rear bumper damage alone with the driver and passenger side rear bed fenders. In other words I did not see how to add all of that in this photo app. 2. I couldn't get the camera to video my damage with my (Andriod Samsung Galaxy Note 5) phone.

This app is almost unusable. I was never able to take the video. It got stuck on turn phone to landscape. I turned the phone. Shook the phone and it never moved all three times I atte.pted to use it it got stuck at that spot. I sent it in without the video.

It's usable app. I didn't have any issues during taking phones and videos so it's good app, it's usable app.

I was sent this app by your claims adjuster to upload info, pics, and video due to my vehicle being hit by on of your insured. When I got to the app section asking me to turn my phone horizontally to take the video, the app would freeze and not give an option to start recording. I have already uninstalled the app and tried again and it froze in the same spot. Please advise on a fix.

Using this instead of an actual human to assess damages is not the best way to go about it because there are things that can't be seen from a photograph, first off second it crashes constantly when asked to do the next step. You wind up waiting an entire week because the stupid ass won't work when all they needed to do was have someone take pictures or at least have it towed to the location that could take the pictures. not like the car could move at this point it needs a flatbed sad tool
