I think it's awesome to be able to use a cell phone, and take a few photos, and be able to speed up the appraisal process. HOWEVER, there isn't a picture in the world that can truly capture some damage. I would much rather deal with a live human being who can see with his/her own eyes the damage caused. Great Idea, but further proof of how "Technology" has made society lazy.

App wouldn't scan VIN# and wouldn't accept it manually for 3 days. After that, it seemed to work ok. Now, 2 weeks later, trying to access my summary, the wheel keeps spinning and won't load. App needs work to get these glitches out.

Everything was very easy. They even have an outline on the camera so you can get that precise detailed picture that they want on your own. The 30second video never worked for me. Reinstalled a few times and my permissions were on.
