Terrible, too bad we have to resort to " apps." now. Customer service is not important enough to continue to keep field claim reps. on the road to take photos. Oh but your right there for that premium every month ! Shame on you Kemper !

It sucks that you can't use your phone camera to upload pictures of the damages. The camera this app has is terrible! Makes it hard to even see small scratches! Its all blurry and ugly!

The Process:
When you file an auto claim with Kemper, your rep will determine whether the Kemper Photo Claims app can help you quickly submit photos of your vehicle damage for faster claims service. Eligible customers will be sent a text message with a link to download the app.

Once your photos, videos and comments have been uploaded and shared with us, they’ll be reviewed to help us better assess the damage as a part of your claim. You’ll then be contacted directly with an estimate.
