My photos and estimate disappeared from the application. I opened the app. It asks me to sign in but when I click on the link NOTHING HAPPENS .

Only used it to take pictures for an automobile accident I was in. It worked perfectly I only had to do it once. Most make you retake the same picture several times. This one worked perfectly!

I can't even download the app. I just keeps saying waiting to download. I've tried several times over the last few days. I have a new S10+ and have downloaded several other apps with no issues.

No help at all. Dealing with these insurance companies is priceless. Only help they give you is taking the monthly payments. And if your a tad late thier up your .... They dont want to pay out. This is not my provider company. ... Not happy with triple A and Hanover laziness
