This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CCC Mobile™ – Quick Estimate on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Really convenient way for basic information to be sent. It would be nice if you could add several short videos instead of just one. Yu have the option to write notes with each photo. A zoom feature would be good too. But it's simple to use and gives a brief description right away to adjuster.

Erie insurance claims adjuster sent me this link on 3 separate occasion's via text message and each time I would click on the link it would immediately say "thank you for your submission a claims adjuster will be contacting you shortly." It never even gave me an option to take even 1 picture of the damage to my car!

I'm not a big fan of tech, but this was easy, even for someone not up on newer tech. Love it! Just basically line up the truck and snap a picture!

Easy to use. It was super simple and easy to use. My car fit perfect in the outlines and it only took me like 5 minutes tops to finish what i needed to do. I wish everything in life was this simple.

It prompted irrelevant pictures. didn't allow for multiple impact areas. And would not let me submit the info after collecting it all. It hung up on the odometer reading and never acknowledged the entry, to allow "submit" button to light up and submit the claim.

Complete garbage. Very buggy. Tried it once, took all the photos and videos, and as it went to upload, it just sat there and did nothing. Now I can't even reopen it, even after a removal and reinstall. Do better, will you developers?
