I'm not sure what happened but this app has stopped working with the face unlock api for the Google pixel 4xl. It is inconvenient to have to constantly enter a pin whenever the app loses focus for too long or the screen times out. I've cleared cache and data storage, uninstalled and reinstalled but no change. Please make the biometric security feature able to tap into the face unlock functionality again. It would be 5 stars for me again then.

Our church is implementing the LEAD app for music scheduling. I have installed the app and never used it before, so this means I have not initiated a user name and password. Yet the app doesn’t have the option for a first time user to CHOOSE a user name and p/w. It simply asks for u/n+p/w. I tap the “Forgot p/w?” link and it says for me to watch my email. After 5 times doing this and receiving NO e-mail to re-set my p/w, I’m convinced there are many bugs in this app. It is very unfriendly, un-necessarily difficult, and cumbersome; and I haven’t even been able to enter it. Lord knows how difficult it must be to navigate once in it! Why hasn’t it given me the reset p/w email after 5 attempts? Sent from Mail for Windows 10

The app is a shell of what the website really is. The features are very slim, and it's very confusing looking at the app vs the webpage. You can't even provide feedback from the app even though the option is provided. The app is very rudimentary and a rather shameful attempt at app development.

This app doesn't even have a place to create an account so I can't even get in as alto section leader to create a username and password.

This app is shaping up to be a great tool for quickly accessing CCB. However, I would like to be able to subscribe the leaders of the groups I coach to some type of push notification through the app for a reminder to take attendance (instead of the email reminder that can be assigned through the website version). I would also like for the "event summary" page when taking attendance to match the event summary on the website (ie, add in the text boxes labeled "people info" and "discussion topic")

I tried to set up an acct., but it would not let me. When I tried to "reset my password" ( which I had never done yet) it said it would send a link to my email, but never did! I tried over 30 times including uninstalling & reinstalling 3 times - NOTHING worked!! Addendum: Yesterday, my wife was able to get into the app, but today the app states "you don't have permission to use this app"! (WHAT!?!?) That makes NO SENSE - this is a very poorly functioning app!!!!!
